At PlantStork, we are thrilled to help you bring fresh fruit and lush greenery into your home. Because we ship living products, we want to ensure your new plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive.

Please review our shipping, cancellation, and refund policies below before placing your order.


Order Processing & Shipping
  • Processing Time: Please allow [Insert Number] business days to process your order, regardless of your selected shipping method.
  • Expedited Shipping: Availability for expedited shipping is contingent upon the specific day and the carrier methods available at that time.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship certain plants to specific locations:

    • Citrus Trees & Curry Leaf Plants: Cannot ship to Alabama, Arizona, Texas, or Florida.
    • Passion Vines & Guava Plants: Cannot ship to Hawaii.
    • Blueberries: Cannot ship to Georgia.
    • General Restrictions: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or international addresses.
Shipping Terms & Liability

We take every precaution to deliver healthy, vibrant plants. However, PlantStork cannot assume responsibility for the long-term performance of a plant once it is in your care.

  • Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your plant immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding the condition of the plant must be made at the time of arrival.
  • Post-Delivery Care: Once a plant is accepted in good condition, we are not responsible for improper handling, planting, extreme weather, or lack of maintenance.
  • Limitation of Liability: While we want your garden to flourish, we do not guarantee that plants will live indefinitely. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Cancellations & Refunds
  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Please email [email protected] with your order number and the word "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window are subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • Refund Policy: We do not consider refund requests after 48 hours from the time of purchase. Because we deal with live goods, returns are not permitted. * Credits: In specific instances, credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis, provided we are notified promptly of any delivery issues.
Damaged Goods Policy

Living plants may experience "transit stress," such as a few lost leaves or minor broken stems. This is normal and does not affect the health of the plant. However, if your order sustains major damage:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours: Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Provide Documentation: You must include photos of both the box and the plant.
  3. Assessment: We will evaluate the damage. If the plant is deemed unsalvageable, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
  4. Immediate Care: Plants cannot remain in shipping containers. They must be unpacked immediately and given proper water and light.
Signature Confirmation

To protect your purchase, we recommend adding Signature Confirmation for an additional $6.00 per box. PlantStork is not responsible for trees that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen. If you would like to add this service, please email [email protected] and we will send a separate invoice.

We want you to have a successful growing experience! To give your new arrival the best start, please keep these three pillars of plant health in mind:

  1. Acclimation: Introduce your plant to its new environment gradually.
  2. Drainage: Ensure you use high-quality, well-draining soil.
  3. Nutrition: Establish a regular feeding schedule.
